This English Farmhouse was my 2nd favorite house on the street. I absolutely love the greenhouse potting station off of the main laundry. I also loved the combination of wood with the elements of white in the kitchen, something I was planning to do in our Modern Farmhouse. YaY!

Japanese Contemporary: Didn’t VIEW (I ran out of time)
This Golf Course Living has a master on the main. The Hearth & Home had 2 cool elements I would think about adding in my new home. One is the sliding barn doors, I loved the detail on the door. The combination of two different woods, displayed in a pattern added the perfect detail to the room. I also loved the candlestick chandelier in the great room.

The Private Reserve takes a modernist flair on the Pacific Northwest classic. I loved the colorful accents in the bonus room. I thought this gave a fresh new vibe and the color choice was soft on the eyes. My other favorite pick from this house is the floating counter above the island, black appliances and the faux concrete countertops. If you saw my Instagram stories while I was at The Street of Dreams, you saw me on the back patio- this house by far had the best back patio set up, it was like being on vacation. I got some great ideas for our Brasada Ranch house.

Graceview was my very favorite home! I wonder WHY? Heehee… This Modern Farmhouse was so open, airy and crisp. This was the house that I put the kitchen on my Instagram (if you don’t follow, head on over to @johnstonstyle) This top photo was the “pantry” yep, Jason’s favorite. This was the backside of the kitchen, great way to use the space. I also loved the idea of the floating tub being in the shower.

This modern and contemporary home was beautifully built and styled. The zen-inspired floor plan gave a very relaxing feeling. Although this style is NOT for me, my one take way was this built-in pedestal for the front loader laundry machines. I tossed my “metal” pedestals when we moved into our last home, but recently I had been looking online to purchase new ones for the Farmhouse. Now, I need not look any farther… I’m doing a Built-in!
I hope you enjoyed my post on the Street of Dreams Portland… I had a ton of FUN sharing my favorite picks with YOU!
