I’m sharing my favorite workout outfits- I’m in LOVE with Yoga pants… I would stay in them all day but when I workout in the mornings I try to work up a sweat so I CAN’T stay in them all day. Lately, my workout routine has changed twice throughout the year. Fall/Winter I tend to hit the Gym and attend classes. While Spring/Summer I really enjoy being outside- I love walking and running. When the weather is nice in Oregon, I love being out in it… We go on vacations throughout the Summer and as a family we enjoy staying busy. We love golfing, swimming, biking, hiking. Whatever your workout choice maybe… remember do what makes you happy and feels good. Keep a routine! I for sure get 3 days a week in. But, shoot for 5 days a week. If you are just starting out, get a cute outfit it will make you feel good and GO get’em! Happy Sweating…
