Ramekins | Gold Stand | Nail Polish I’ve never made soufflés before now! I just bought these adorable individual ceramic ramekins with lids and instantly thought Pumpkin Pies would be perfect. I couldn’t figure out how to add the crust so I decided why not try crustless pies. They are amazing! Truth is I LOVE the crust of the pie probably better than the filling. I made the soufflés just like a regular pumpkin pie but baked it a bit differently. I poured the pumpkin mixture into each ramekin and then set the ramekins into a 9x13 baking dish.
