This last weekend we had our Clackamas High School baseball auction- the decorating committee has been working on the theme and design since last September. We came up with Lights, Camera, Action specializing in baseball movies with a Hollywood Oscar vibe! We decorated 30 tables of 10, the entry, the bar, a photo booth and the main stage. I've been on this decoration committee 4 years now and every year I'm excited about what we do, but I have to say this year was my very favorite. Happy 4th of July
I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July! Here is a little Instagram round-up of my 4th of July celebrations... Jason and I made our own plans this year because our sweet children had more plans then us! Jason and I started our day off with a 4 mile walk. After that, I ran to the grocery store grabbed some fruit to make a fruit salad for Ellie's party she was going to later that night. After making the salad, I jumped in the shower got ready for my day with the HUBS and off we went to a friends celebration at their home. Vintage Decorations Tablescape Vintage Decorations Baseball Treats Real Grass Saturday, I helped decorate for the Clackamas High School Baseball Auction. This year, the decorating committee decided on a Vintage Baseball Theme. We had such a great time getting ready for this amazing event! I made 300 chocolate dipped baseball Oreos for all the guests and individually wrapped them with adorable "Thank You" tags on each. Are you celebrating America's Birthday? Decorate in Red, White and Blue. Jenny Keller author of "Eat More Dessert" designed and decorated this FUN 4th of July theme. I just love the galvanized container filled with Bike decorations, this is such a cute idea. Have your "little" guests bring their bikes and get them all jazzed up just in time for the local parade.
