Yesterday, was Evan's 17th Birthday! I can hardly believe my baby boy is seventeen... What an amazing "sixteen" he had. Evan under went ACL (knee) surgery and I am so proud of his hard work and dedication with his Physical Therapy as well as working out. It's so hard when you are so active and then the next day on the couch. He is taking baby steps and improving everyday! I found this letter (a few years ago) another Blogger wrote to her son. Happy Birthday Phoebe! My sweet little niece lives (3) hours away in a small town. When she was asked what kind of a Birthday PARRTTY she wanted to have this year, she decided not to have a party but asked her Mom if she could go SHOPPING in Portland... (insert laughing emoji) Seriously, this kid- a girl after my own heart. She had a certain amount of money she could spend and OFF to the mall she went.
